External wall insulation construction technology

Exterior wall insulation construction process: 1. Tool preparation: electric wire cutter or wallpaper knife, hand saw, ink fountain, 2m leaning ruler, ruler, wooden square, tape measure, electric mixer, trowel, Yin and Yang angle press, plastic mixing Bucket, coarse sandpaper, 2m drag wire board
2. Construction conditions: 1. The construction site should have electricity and water construction conditions, and maintain a clean working environment. 2. During the construction of the surface course, the on-site ambient temperature and the surface temperature of the base wall should not be lower than 5℃, the wind force should not be higher than 5, and appropriate protective measures should be taken during winter construction. 3. Avoid direct sunlight when constructing surface mortar. When necessary, install sun protection cloth on the construction scaffold to cover the construction wall. 4. Effective measures should be taken to prevent rain from washing the walls during the rainy season.
3. Polystyrene particle external wall insulation construction technology: 1. Basic wall surface treatment: The wall surface should be cleaned up without oil stains, floats, etc. The loose and weathered parts of the wall should be removed, and the protruding part of the surface greater than 8mm should be flattened. 2. Paint interface agent: For concrete walls and block walls, paint interface mortar. 3. Apply the first thermal insulation mortar: The thermal insulation mortar of rubber powder polystyrene particles is mainly composed of rubber powder and polystyrene particles, and the two materials are packaged in bags. When used, the rubber powder is 25kg/bag; polystyrene particles 200L/bag ; Stir well with 35-40kg of clean water, smear the stirred insulation mortar on the wall, punch, dot, and find the vertical according to the design thickness, apply 15-20mm thick for the first time and compact it hard to prevent hollowing. The material should be used up within 4 hours. 4. Apply the second thermal insulation mortar: The second thermal insulation mortar should be applied more than 24 hours apart from the first one, and the direction of the second application is perpendicular to the first one. The coating thickness can be smoothed according to the design standard. 5. Divide grid lines and set grooves: According to the design requirements, pop the position of the grid line on the insulation layer, and use the wallpaper knife to make the set groove along the popped grid line. The groove depth is about 8-10mm. 6. Apply anti-crack mortar: After the insulation layer is fully cured (usually 5-7 days), the anti-crack protection layer can be constructed. According to the ratio of powder: clear water=1: 0.20-0.25, stir evenly with an electric mixer. Apply the anti-cracking mortar to a thickness of 3-5mm, then press into the alkali-resistant grid cloth and press it into the mortar. The overlap width of the grid cloth is not less than 50mm. Press into one side first, and then apply the anti-cracking mortar. Press into the other side. Be careful not to mix it up, the mesh cloth should be flat and without folding.
