Kitchen partition match

Generally, an open kitchen refers to a non-enclosed kitchen partition, that is, the kitchen space is combined with the dining room or adjacent to the living room space without any blocking space. Kitchen partitions are spacious and beautiful in shape, so more and more people are transforming kitchens into open kitchen partitions. Separating the cooking area from the operating area in the kitchen to make the kitchen partially open is also one of the ways to block oil and smoke. In fact, a Chinese kitchen is not suitable for an open kitchen, because the cooking method of Chinese food will inevitably produce a lot of oily smoke. Although an open kitchen is beautiful, it is really not practical for those who like to eat Chinese food. Therefore, when facing this problem, many designers basically give the simplest and most practical way to seal the kitchen. Generally, when decorating, many people will knock down one wall of the kitchen to make a kitchen partition. This seems to have a relatively large space and strong integrity. So it sounds funny and troublesome to seal the kitchen partition again. It will destroy the original sense of integrity, and where to seal it also needs to be considered and designed. If you don’t have a sense of design, just seal it. Although it seals the oily fume, it will indeed affect the appearance. In addition to completely blocking the kitchen, it is also a good way to use glass partitions to create a semi-blocking effect, or to increase the power of the range hood. 1. The glass wall is both transparent and smoke-proof. Many people want the kitchen to have an open function, but also want to prevent oil and smoke. It is best to use a glass wall. This is not only transparent but also can play a blocking role, but also very soundproof, the noise in the kitchen is not audible outside. The most important thing to make a glass wall is to find a frame inlaid with glass. At present, there are stainless steel and wood on the market, and the price difference is relatively large. If it is a sliding door, there are multiple options such as fixed slide rails and hanging rails. If the hardware of the sliding door is not good, the sliding components will be easily damaged after a long time. With ordinary hinged doors, you can’t resist the test of time just by relying on the occlusal force of the hinges. You can consider using floor springs. The door can be opened and closed freely whether it is inward or outward. Reminder: The shortcoming of glass wall is that you can’t hang something on it like a light-body wall. It can only be used for partition and decoration, but it is much better than a light-body wall in terms of permeability. But the glass needs to be cleaned frequently, otherwise the oily smoke will be large, and it will be difficult to clean after a long time. If the area of the glass wall is too large, it will be more troublesome to clean. 2. Partial opening and proper shelter. Some people do not want to close the kitchen completely, but want to make it into a semi-partitioned form. In fact, there are many ways of semi-partitioning the kitchen from other areas. It is partitioned by a bar, and partitioned by various materials such as glass, stainless steel, curtains, etc. of. However, this semi-blocking method does not have much effect on oil fume, which will not be blocked because of partial partition. If the kitchen is made partially open, with only a table-sized location communicating with the restaurant, this kind of oil fume is easier to deal with. You can use glass, curtains or other things to cover it when cooking, and the baffle will be exhausted after cooking. Taking it away is also a way. Reminder: For a semi-open kitchen, if the kitchen is southeast or southwest, the smell of oily smoke will easily blow back into the house. The kitchen is westward, and food is not easy to store. It is recommended to use shutters for windows and keep the refrigerator away from walls that are exposed to sunlight.
