What is loose water
Scattered water is the part of the outdoor ground that is vertically connected to the external wall to remove rainwater and protect the wall foundation from rainwater erosion. The width of the scattered water should be determined according to the nature of the soil, climatic conditions, the height of the building and the roof drainage form, generally 600mm ~ 1000mm. When the roof adopts unorganized drainage, the width of the scattered water should be 200mm～300mm larger than the eaves length. In order to ensure smooth drainage, the general slope of the scattered water is about 3% to 5%, and the outer edge of the scattered water is 30mm-50mm higher than the outdoor floor. Commonly used materials for dispersing water are concrete, cement mortar, pebbles, block stones, etc.
How to deal with loose water
Scattered water treatment: To check the wall, the automatic generation of scattered water function is generated according to the properties of the wall. The natural ground at the outer edge of the scattered water should be 50mm lower than the surface of the toe. It is strictly forbidden for site water to flow back to the foot of the scattered water slope.
Notes for bulk water
The scattered water should be constructed after the exterior wall finishing project is completed. First of all, it is necessary to ensure the rammed quality of the base soil backfill and lime-soil cushion to prevent uneven sinking. The support of the template should be pulled through and leveled, so that it is smooth and straight, and the slope is correct (4% outward slope). It is strictly forbidden to replace the template with bricks, separate the scattered water from the outer wall of the building, and the seam width is 20mm. It is not allowed to use linoleum for the separation.
The longitudinal length is about 6m divided into grids, and the seam width is 20mm. The construction should be divided into blocks, compacted and compacted, and survived once and again. The surface of the scattered water is required to be dense and clean, free of cracks, peeling, pitting and sanding. The 1:2 bitumen mortar (preferably mixed with talcum powder) should be used to smooth the joints, or use ointment on the surface to caulk the joints. The effect will be better.
Hot asphalt is not allowed to fill the joints. And pay attention to the longitudinal division seam to avoid the outlet of the downpipe to prevent rainwater from immersing into the foundation from the seam. The caulking work must be done carefully, and the exterior wall skirt must not be polluted. The grid strips should be taken out in time, and no wooden grid strips should remain without caulking. Prefabricated asphalt mortar and sawdust board can also be used to split the water-spraying grid, but the specifications must be unified and carefully made. After the water-spraying concrete is completed, the upper surface is caulked with grease. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to mix mortar on the surface of the finished concrete loose water, which will affect the quality of perception.
