Roofing waterproof construction plan

1. The base is cleaned up to meet the requirements without stagnant water;
2. Leveling layer: the intersection of the base layer and the protruding roof structure and the corner of the base layer, the leveling layer should be made into an arc shape. The leveling layer should be set with split seams and filled with sealing materials. The split joints should be left at the end joints of the slab. The maximum distance between the longitudinal and longitudinal joints: cement mortar or fine stone concrete leveling layer should not be greater than 6m; asphalt mortar leveling layer should not be greater than 4m.
3. Combined layer processing.
4. Coiled material laying: the direction of coiled material should meet the following requirements: when the roof slope is less than 3%, the coiled material should be laid parallel to the ridge; when the roof slope is 3%-15%, the coiled material can be laid parallel or perpendicular to the ridge ; When the roof slope is greater than 15% or the roof is subject to vibration, the asphalt waterproof membrane should be laid vertically on the roof, and the polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane and synthetic polymer waterproof membrane can be laid parallel or perpendicular to the roof; upper and lower membranes Do not pave them perpendicular to each other. The laying method of the coiled material should meet the following requirements: When the waterproof layer of the coiled material is covered by heavy objects or the base layer is deformed, the empty laying method, point bonding method, strip bonding method or mechanical fixing method should be preferred, but the distance from the roof The thickness of the coiled material within 800mm and the laminated layers should be fully glued; when the waterproof layer adopts the full-bonding method, the split joints of the leveling layer should be empty, and the width of the empty spread should be 100mm; when the slope is greater than 25 When using coiled material as a waterproof layer on% of the roof, fixing measures should be taken to prevent the coiled material from sliding down. When constructing the waterproof layer of the roof coiled material, the joints, additional layers and the areas where the roof drainage is relatively concentrated should be treated first; then, go upward from the lowest part of the roof. When laying gutter and gutter coils, follow the direction of gutter and gutter to reduce the overlap of coils. When laying continuous multi-span roofing coils, the order should be in the order of high-span first, low-span, first far and then near. Lap joints should be used for paving coils. The lap joints parallel to the roof ridge should be lapped in the direction of the flowing water; the lap joints perpendicular to the roof ridge should be lapped in the direction of the annual maximum frequency wind. Laminated layers of coiled materials should be lapped at the junction of the gutter and the roof by cross-joining, and the lap joints should be staggered; the lap joints should be left on the roof or the side of the gutter, not at the bottom of the ditch . The overlap seams of the upper and lower layers and the adjacent two coils should be staggered, and the overlap width of various coils should meet the requirements of the specification. The ends of gutters, gutters, cornices, flooding and facade coils should be trimmed, stuffed into the reserved grooves, and fixed with metal battens. The maximum nail distance should not be greater than 900mm, and sealing materials should be used. Sealed tightly. After the waterproof layer of the membrane is completed and passed the acceptance, the finished product should be protected.
5. The construction of the protective layer shall meet the following requirements:
The mung bean paste should be cleaned, preheated, spread evenly, and bonded firmly with the asphalt mastic, and no unbonded mung bean paste should remain.
The protective layer of mica or frog stone shall not have powder, spread evenly, and shall not expose the bottom. Excess mica or vermiculite shall be removed.
The surface of the cement mortar protective layer should be smoothed and calendered, and the surface should be divided into grids. The grid area should be 1m.
