1. Polymer cement waterproof coating
Referred to as JS waterproof coating, the current domestic polymer cement waterproof coating is developing rapidly, and the amount of it is increasing day by day. Japan calls this type of material a hydraulic coating. The polymer cement coating is a two-component water-based architectural waterproof coating made of polymer emulsions such as acrylic ester and cement as the main raw materials, adding other additives. It has the characteristics of “hardness and softness”, and has the extensibility of polymer coatings, Waterproof, it also has the advantages of high strength of hydraulic cementitious material and easy adhesion of wet base layer.
2. Inorganic waterproof coating
Mainly cement-based inorganic active coatings, including polymer-modified cement-based waterproof coatings and cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coatings. This is a new type of rigid waterproof material prepared with cement, quartz sand, etc. as the base material and mixed with various active chemical substances. It can be directly added to concrete as a waterproofing agent or applied as a waterproof coating on concrete On the base surface, the material continuously penetrates into the concrete with the aid of the carrier, and forms water-insoluble crystals with certain components in the concrete to fill the capillary channels, which greatly improves the compactness and waterproofness of the concrete.
Inorganic waterproof coating is mixed with a certain polymer in cement, which changes the physical and mechanical properties of cement to varying degrees, but it is not suitable for parts with large deformation or vibration. Inorganic waterproof coating has strong adhesion to the base surface due to its fast solidification, and has good adhesion with cement mortar waterproof layer and paint waterproof layer. It is most suitable for use as a waterproof transition layer on the backwater concrete base layer.
3. Organic waterproof coating
Mainly include synthetic rubber, synthetic resin and rubber asphalt. After the organic waterproof coating is cured into a film, it finally forms a flexible waterproof layer, which is often used on the front surface of the project. This is to give full play to the good impermeability of the organic waterproof coating at a certain thickness. On the base surface (especially on various On complex surfaces) it can form a seamless and complete waterproof membrane, and it can avoid the weak point of the paint and the base surface with small adhesion. Organic waterproof coatings are generally diluted with organic solvents such as formaldehyde and xylene. Because of their toxicity, they also have a heavier odor. It is not recommended.
